This life-size bake house is outfitted by the exhibitors/partners and features a selection of innovative appliances and equipment. It will enable bakers to see in one location all the innovations presented at the show.

4 days of non-stop demonstrations by top French and international bakers that will enable visitors to see close up the techniques and creative ideas they can use to boost their own production.

Throughout the day, a training centre or catering school will also illustrate their savoir-faire with real time productions.

Guided tours are proposed to discover up close all the innovations and see how they actually operate
