This contest brings together the best participants from the Coupe Louis Lesaffre and Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie. The 12 best bakers in the world will compete in order to win the prestigious title of “Master baker”.

This international haute-pâtisserie contest features mixed duos composed of top pastry chefs from 16 countries. They have 20 hours in which to prepare 3 artistic creations and 6 creations for tasting purposes.
