The Baker's Lab

Place: Hall 6

This fully operational bakery unit will stage the latest innovations in terms of raw materials, ingredients and ultra-efficient equipment. Renowed professionals will demonstrate techniques , recipes and ideas to boost visitors’ creativity, and commented tours will take place in the lab where schools and training centers will work during the day.

 

THE RESTAURANT SHOP
 

Dates: 3-6 February 2018

Schedule: 9.30am-6pm

Place: Hall 6

This fully operational bakery shop, fitted with the latest digital technologies and including a cosy restaurant area, will showcase ideas for products, solutions and techniques presented live to explore different possibilities of bakery catering. And you can also lunch there!

 

The Intersuc Lab
 

Dates: 3-6 February 2018

Schedule: 9.30am-6pm

Place: Hall 6

A mix between a shop and a lab, featuring highly professional pastry demonstrations performed in close-up. Famous pastry chefs and contests winners, working in boutiques or high range hotels and restaurants, will share their know-how and creativity with the visitors.
